Are you the go-to-person, when peers are looking for strategic advice? At Helion B2B, we're looking for a Client Strategist to serve as a trusted advisor who can help our clients succeed.
What will you be doing in this role?
As a Client Strategist, you will be the main point of contact for a group of clients, ensuring they get the most out of our services and building strong, lasting relationships.
You’ll oversee project execution across content, HubSpot design, and performance marketing, making sure things run smoothly and clients achieve their goals. You’ll be part of our Strategy team and report to our Head of Strategy.
Key responsibilities:
- Client management and project execution: Act as the day-to-day project manager and client contact, keeping things on track while proactively engaging clients to ensure the best outcomes.
- Expert advisor: Use your marketing experience to guide clients and provide practical recommendations.
- Sales and upselling: Be involved in solution meetings, identifying and suggesting services that bring real value to both new and existing clients. Take full ownership of upselling opportunities within your portfolio.
- Strategy development: Lead client strategy processes from initial planning to final presentation, with guidance from a Senior Client Strategist.
- Knowledge sharing and development: Stay updated and continue learning so you can bring fresh ideas to your clients, sharing insights and best practices.
In a perfect world, you:
- Have project management experience from a commercial role at a B2B company
- Are comfortable managing clients in an agency setting
- Have experience in content or performance marketing, campaign management, or a related field
- Have used HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms
- Want to work in our Copenhagen or Aarhus offices, with the flexibility to work from home as needed.
